Project
Accurate Forklift
Ecommerce for a complex inventory of used forklift parts, plus forklift rentals across the Southeast.
01 · The problem
Accurate Forklift could not find an ecommerce team willing to take on a complex inventory of used parts, plus a rental business across the Southeast.
02 · What we built
→Ecommerce store for used forklift parts
→Forklift rental flow for the Southeast region
→Every operational use case mapped with their team before the build
03 · Before and after
Before
No ecommerce team would take on their used-parts inventory and rental business.
After
Parts and rentals online, built around how their team actually works.
